BIOGRAPHY

Eve Hindle specialised in Sculpture at Leeds Arts University, exhibiting at the Fine Art Degree show ‘Once More With Feeling’ at Leeds Arts University and Free Range in London.

On her BA she built, experience working with materials and processes that vary from casting to welding with industrial materials such as dense concrete, transparent resin and structural steel. The perceptual dialogue of her works has been constructed upon Minimalist principles of reduced space and geometrical forms that refract light. She interacts with the viewer through the spatial experience of defining space through object and light to strengthen the perceptual relationship between the viewer and object.

Moving on to obtain a Lifelong Learning PGCE at The University of Huddersfield, and lecturing in Further Education at Leeds Arts University.

Currently at Edinburgh College of Art, studying Contemporary Art Practice MFA. Her practice has now become the opposite of minimalist, now expressionist, responding to her present happenings. Focussed on casting in her first year and drawing portraits in the second year, all based on her personal narrative of family.
